4. AI Writing Features

SleekCMS includes AI-powered writing tools (Revise with AI, Draft with AI, and AI record population). When you use these features:

The text you submit as a prompt or for revision is sent to an AI model provider to generate a response.
This content is transmitted solely to fulfill your request and is not stored or used for AI training by SleekSky.
You should not submit sensitive personal data (e.g., health records, financial information, government IDs) as AI prompts.
AI providers we use may have their own data handling practices, which we contractually require to be consistent with protecting your data.

5. How We Share Your Information

We share information only in the following circumstances:

8. End Users of SleekCMS-Hosted Sites

If you use SleekCMS to build and host a website, your end users (visitors to your site) interact with your content, not SleekCMS directly. You are the data controller for any personal data your site collects from its visitors. SleekSky acts as a data processor on your behalf in that context.

You are responsible for:

Providing your end users with a privacy notice
Complying with applicable privacy laws for your site
Obtaining any required consents from your end users

SleekCMS-hosted sites may log basic request data (IP addresses, timestamps) for security and CDN performance. This data is not used to build profiles of your end users.

9. Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including:

Regular security monitoring and vulnerability management
