Our story
SleekCMS was born from frustration. As developers building websites for clients, we found ourselves constantly compromising between powerful-but-complex headless CMS platforms and simple-but-limited traditional CMSs. We wanted the flexibility of a headless approach with the simplicity of an all-in-one platform. When we couldn't find it, we decided to build it ourselves. In 2021, co-founders Alex Chen and Sophia Rodriguez set out to create a content management system that would give developers the tools they needed while providing content creators with an intuitive interface. Today, SleekCMS serves thousands of websites, from personal blogs to enterprise applications, all powered by our unique combination of headless content management and integrated JAMStack deployment.
